Advancing Service Design 2025 is right around the corner—and this year’s theme, Performance, promises to push our practice further than ever.
Over the past few months, Gustavo Vieira, Ben Reason, Patrick Quattlebaum, and Shreya Dhawan, together with Louis Rosenfeld, have been curating a two-day program that explores how service design performs—within teams, across organizations, and throughout the complex systems we influence.
In the latest Rosenfeld Podcast, Shreya and Gustavo, from Livework Studios, sit down to talk about what “performance” really means in service design: what it takes to make the work stick, scale, and sustain impact over time. They offer a preview of what’s to come at this year’s Advancing Service Design conference and share how they’re shaping conversations that move beyond frameworks to focus on lasting outcomes.
The conference is fully virtual, making it easy to join from anywhere and be part of the dialogue shaping where our field is headed next.
