With over 25 years of experience driving human-centered transformation, Jamin has pioneered and advanced service design and journey management, integrating these practices into organizations like Nokia, Adaptive Path, SK Telecom, USAA, and Capital One. He brings deep experience in strategy and service design and will help us continue our work supporting organizations through complex change.
Jamin is a longtime design leader and early voice in service design. His thinking has helped form the foundational practice of thousands of service designers. Many of the ideas behind Orchestrating Experiences—a book co-authored by Harmonic Design’s co-founder and CEO, Patrick Quattlebaum, and Chris Risdon—grew out of their collaborations at Adaptive Path. We’re excited to bring Jamin and Patrick back together and spark new collaborations with Harmonic’s fantastic team of service designers.
Since those early days, Jamin has helped shape design inside large organizations—building teams, embedding service design into operations, and connecting strategy to everyday experiences. He brings a steady focus on making design practical and impactful, from big-picture vision to the front line.
With Jamin, we’re expanding our ability to help clients create greater value in complex systems through new offerings, reimagined services, better-managed journeys, and more effective and integrated design capabilities.
This isn’t just a new collaboration—it’s a return to shared roots, and a step forward in work we care deeply about.
