Jamin Hegeman is a seasoned design executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading business transformation, journey management, and experience strategy across industries. He’s worked with global brands like Nokia, SK Telecom, and USAA, scaled design at Capital One as VP of Design, and helped pioneer service design at Adaptive Path. As Executive Partner at Harmonic, Jamin helps organizations align strategy, systems, and experience—building customer-centered cultures that last. He’s also a longtime leader in the global service design community, educator, and conference director.

Jamin lives in New York with his wife and goldendoodle, Echo. A lifelong soccer player, he embraces teamwork on and off the field. He reads graphic novels, writes poetry for reasons he can’t explain, and is always ready to chat about design and life over coffee—or a pint.
