Becky is a service designer and Creative & Community Lead at Harmonic, where she helps organizations tackle complex challenges through service design, facilitation, and visual communication. As one of Harmonic’s earliest team members, she has helped shape the firm’s creative identity, marketing, and community presence while leading client engagements across industries. Becky enjoys bringing people together to build shared understanding, translate research into action, and create meaningful change through collaborative, human-centered design.

Becky is passionate about wildlife conservation and serves on advisory boards for the Georgia Tech College of Design and the Service Design Network. She’s happiest exploring France and new places, oil painting, advocating for red pandas and orangutans, and finding creative ways to make a positive impact in her community.
