Harmonic Design is excited to announce the return of its innovative series of events with Practice Week 2024, focusing on the theme “Expanding Our Practice Through Design Intersections.” This year, Harmonic Design dedicates the week of September 16-20, 2024, to advancing the field of service design and fostering growth within our practice, the broader service design community, and our local design community.
This year’s Practice Week will explore the intersections of service design, journey management, product management, and more through internal activities and a special in-person event open to the community. We’ll explore how service design intersects with other domains under the theme “Service Design &.” Our agenda includes bringing in outside experts and thought leaders to explore the convergence of service design by fostering dialogue and inspiring more human, inclusive, and sustainable services.
Harmonic Design is committed to sharing the insights and outcomes from these sessions with the wider design community. Outputs and recordings will be made available through our website, social media channels, and blogs, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the knowledge and ideas generated during Practice Week.

In 2023, Harmonic Design hosted the inaugural Practice Week, a series of service design events built around our internal practice day.
