Bree Groff, a leading voice in organizational change and the future of work, is a Senior Advisor at the global consultancy SYPartners. Her clients have included executive leaders at Target, Pfizer, Microsoft, Calvin Klein, NBCUniversal, Stripe, and Alphabet. She holds an MS in Organizational Learning and Change from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Her upcoming book, Today Was Fun: A Book About Work (seriously), will launch in May 2025. She lives in NYC with her husband and daughter.
