Leah Berg

Lead Service Designer

Leah applies a ‘yes, and’ mindset to guide and support clients and colleagues to create meaningful work.

As a lead service designer and the official #1 hire of Harmonic, Leah has done everything from initiating Harmonic’s IT team to creating an intentional practice around coaching.

She is an experienced service designer with a background in interior design, exhibition design, and customer experience design. She has a talent for building strong connections with clients and the community through storytelling and facilitation.

Other work experience includes designing interactive and engaging exhibitions at The National Aquarium, working as a sales and customer advocate at Apple retail, and creating freelance design work for non-profit organizations.

Leah takes inspiration from food, culture, travel, and family, all of which provide meaningful insights into her work.

When she’s not working, Leah enjoys cooking (and eating), hiking in national parks with her husband, doting on her two beagles, spending time with her family, passionately watching football and baseball, and visiting museums.
