Patrick discusses his and the teams’ experience at Harmonic Design in helping organizations design great services, in addition to assisting them in adopting the service design way of working.
For all the communities we work in and support, the past year was physically and emotionally challenging. We feel fortunate that 2021 was overall good to Harmonic. Throughout, we did our best to take care of one another and those around us as people. Most of our work was done virtually, but when the team could safely meet in person we made the most of it (and maybe got some tacos).
