Parc is a multidisciplinary designer, systems thinker chaosmanaut. He brings deep experience in branding and marketing into his design practice where he uses service design to help organizations untangle complexity to define opportunities and create solutions that deliver valuable outcomes for people across the strata of a service experience.
Parc’s at home exploring the far reaches of chaos that exist across the problem-solution space and thrives by developing models and frameworks as sensemaking tools to navigate complexity and orient around experiences. He sees services as the fabric of social structures and his design practice focuses on helping diverse teams weave disparate threads into strategic narratives that shift cultures and compel organizations to resolve the creative tension between what is and what could be.
Before joining Harmonic Design, Parc established a human-centered design practice for an independent branding and design firm where he helped teams create meaningful experiences for clients across the foodways system. He’s a Kansas City native and resides there with his architect wife, two daughters and always-on-the-run pup Millie. He feeds his curiosity with a steady stream of science fiction, social science and strategy balanced with contemplative distance runs and Cap’n Crunch.
