Multipassionate systems designer using design, product, and research to drive human-centered impact
Roberta has spent 13 years working across instructional design, product management, and user research; always focused on building systems that work for the humans inside them. She holds an MS in Organizational Development and Workplace Learning from Boise State and a BS in Media Arts and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently completing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which deepens the care she brings to every partnership. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed MBSR teacher training at Brown University’s Mindfulness Center. At Harmonic, she helps engagements stay on track; sustainably.
Boston-based and balancing family, mindfulness, and gardening
Roberta lives in Boston with her husband, son, and two very opinionated cats. When she’s not working, you’ll find her in the garden, on the meditation cushion, or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen. She is a lifelong learner and will gladly take any book or podcast recommendations.
