Twisty journey from a front-end developer to culture designer
Alla Weinberg, Principal of Design Operations at Harmonic Design, has had a twisty, twirly, and multi-disciplinary 20-year design path. She started as a front-end developer and information architect, grew into a UX designer, and then matured into a service designer. As she deepened her design craft, she also expanded into the field of positive psychology and became a Co-Active coach and a Relationship and Systems Coach. She soon merged design with coaching to become a self-described culture designer focusing on creating cultures of physical, emotional, and psychological safety.
In her role at Harmonic Design, Alla is a manager-coach, culture designer, systems thinker, facilitator, and consultant on people, systems, and organizational development work.
Voracious learner unlocks human potential through self-development
As a lifelong, voracious learner, Alla has spent the last decade on her own personal development. She has taken every course and experience under the sun such as yoga, meditation, relationship and communication courses, the Enneagram personality typing system, breath work, and many other esoteric practices. Recently, Alla has been diving deep into the topics of neuroscience and trauma.
