Arjun is keen on addressing critical problems in design, business, and society by employing a human-centered approach to deliver meaningful, impactful, and memorable experiences.
His multicultural upbringing – having been raised both in India and the US, and his multidisciplinary background – a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, work as a street artist and in art direction, add dimensions to his service design approach. Arjun holds a Master’s in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech, where he explored diverse topics from the future of transportation to strategic innovation for street artists. During his time at Tech, he learned that in order for the work he does to truly have an impact, he has to employ a holistic approach to designing for users’ needs, and found that in service design.
Arjun has a gusto for those moments, aha or not, when he can think and talk through tough problems with teammates and clients to align on important design decisions.
