Arjun Srinivas

Senior Service Designer

From idea to launch, guiding organizations to realize visions.

Arjun is a senior service designer known for his ability to spark moments of deep collaboration in the teams he works with. Arjun has guided clients through the entire service design cycle from facilitating the creation of service visions, rapidly testing and learning before launch, and bringing services to reality by orchestrating implementation across organizational silos.

Teaching service design concepts and methods fills Arjun’s cup. He has been a guest teacher at Georgia Tech’s College of Design and Spelman College, has helped build the Harmonic intern program, and regularly advises students exploring careers in service design.

Multifaceted artist with a multicultural perspective.

Before diving into service design, Arjun was a trailblazer in the street art scene in India, where he spent his adolescent years. He pursues a variety of creative endeavors – painting, making beats (mostly noise), and dabbling in photography. He is inspired by Japanese anime, listening to eclectic music, and tea-in-the-garden time.
